• Weight Variations: For items sold by weight (such as vegetables, fruits, and meat), the final weight may vary slightly. You will be charged based on the actual weight delivered.

• Prices for products are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Ordering and Delivery

• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased or to cancel orders due to stock unavailability.

• Delivery Slots: We provide estimated delivery times. While we make every effort to deliver within the chosen slot, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or traffic.

• Delivery charges may apply based on your location and the total value of your order. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• At the time of delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available, we may attempt to contact you or reschedule, which may incur additional charges.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of fresh produce, dairy, and meat items, returns are only accepted at the time of delivery if the items are damaged or of poor quality. Once accepted at the doorstep, these items cannot be returned.

• Non-Perishable Goods: Items like packaged foods, cleaning supplies, and household goods can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

• Cancellations can be made before the order is "Dispatched". Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.

• Refunds for valid returns will be processed to the original payment method or as AuraMart store credit within 5-7 working days.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) as applicable.

• By using an online payment method, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment instrument used.

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.

• You may not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the AuraMart platform or interfere with any other party's use of the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

AuraMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AuraMart operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
